Consignment Guidelines

We accept stylish, contemporary department store brands as well as designer items.

• All items should be current fashion, no more than 2-3 years old.

• Clothing should be in perfect condition: clean, pressed, fragrance-free, and on hangers.

• There is a $5.00 ANNUAL fee to open an account.

• Items are consigned for 90 days.

• You receive 50% of the selling price.

• We do markdowns after each 30 day period (25%, 50%).  When there are occasional 10% off sales, we split the discount with the consignor.

• After the 90 day consignment period, if you wish to have unsold items, please call at least 1-2 days in advance of the pick-up date and we will put those items aside for you.  We will hold those gathered items for 7 days after the due date.  If they are not picked up, they will be donated.

• Checks are printed on the 1st. of each month if there is $20 .00 or more in the account.  If there is less than $20.00 it will carry over to the next month.
